Could a sunny outlook on life mean fewer colds and less heart disease?

Could hope and curiosity somehow protect against hypertension, diabetes, and respiratory problems?

Do happier, more positive people live longer?

The answer is YES.

And here’s why…

A 2007 study by Laura Kubzansky (an associate professor at the Harvard School of Public Health) that followed more than 6,000 men and women aged 25 to 74 for 20 years found that emotional vitality – a sense of enthusiasm, of hopefulness, of engagement in life, and the ability to face life’s stresses with emotional balance – reduces the risk of coronary heart disease.

Amazing, huh?

The study determined that there are 3 core keys to a longer life:

1. Emotional vitality: a sense of enthusiasm, hopefulness, and engagement with life.

2. Optimism: the perspective that good things will happen, and that one’s actions account for the good things that occur in life.

3. Being good at “self-regulation,” i.e. bouncing back from stressful challenges and knowing that things will eventually look up again.

Professor Kubzansky deduced from her research that emotional vitality, optimism, and self-regulation could be achieved by simply “being in the moment.”

Here’s what she related this to her own life:

“When I’m playing piano, I’m in the moment. I’m not worrying or thinking or trying to work out a problem. I’m just doing this thing that takes all my attention.”

“Everyone needs to find a way to be in the moment, to find a restorative state that allows them to put down their burdens.”

What Professor Kubzansky means by “being in the moment” is essentially being in a state of meditation; being purposefully present and aware. Out of which arise the benefits of a healthy mind, and subsequently a healthy body.

But with the stresses of the modern world constantly on your shoulders, meditating or finding a way to “be in the moment” is easier said than done.

I mean, how is it possible to let go of worrying about money, work, the kids, your future, world problems and everything else you’re bombarded with on a daily basis?

The fact is, these things drag us down and engulf us in a state of negativity that prevents us from being happy and affects our health.

But amidst the madness, there is a way.

There is a way to eliminate the stress, the fear, and the worry, and to develop positive states of mind that will positively change every aspect of your life.

I know, because I’m doing it right now.

It’s called Paleo Mind, a revolutionary audio system that provides you with all the benefits of meditation at the touch of a button.

As I type, I’m listening to the Total Focus audio, and as you can probably tell, I’m totally ‘in the zone.’

This special music uses Advanced Binaural Beats Technology (ABB) to train the mind for positivity, happiness, and prosperity by remapping negative mind states and creating new positive ones,

The audios combine to rejuvenate your mind with vitality, enthusiasm, and optimism – all the attributes Professor Kubzansky’s study shows you need to stay healthy and live longer : .Watch the website here

The fact is, serious, sustained stress or fear can alter biological systems in a way that, over time, adds up to “wear and tear” and, eventually, illnesses such as heart disease, stroke, and diabetes.

Chronic anger and anxiety can disrupt cardiac function by changing the heart’s electrical stability, triggering atherosclerosis, and increasing systemic inflammation.

In short, the more stressed, worried, fearful, and anxious you are, the worse your health gets.

The awesome thing about Paleo Mind is there’s an audio for every core mind state; stress-release, focus, learning, sleep, energy, positivity, confidence, mindfulness and more.

So when you can’t shift your brain into the state of mind you require for a particular situation or activity, you simply select the Paleo Mind audio that mirrors the mindset you want to adopt.

Paleo Mind helps you:
